Our Correspondents

We work with a select network of fiduciary advisors, multi-family offices, private banks, legal counsel, and wealth managers who share our standards of judgment and discretion. Through them, we extend our services to the clients they serve.

A singular collaboration

Our correspondents are not referral partners in the conventional sense. They are trusted intermediaries through whom we exercise our mandate — and with whom we maintain a relationship governed by the same principles of restraint, continuity, and long-term responsibility that define our work with clients.

Where a correspondent identifies a client whose patrimony warrants our involvement, we act with full discretion on their behalf: managing acquisitions, sales, valuations, and insurance with the same care we extend to all mandates entrusted to the cabinet. We go further. We understand that the clients of our correspondents often carry concerns that extend beyond the financial — questions of transmission, legacy, cultural significance, and family continuity. We are prepared to engage with those dimensions as well.

What we bring to your clients

Personal Art Merchant as Service: We manage the full lifecycle of art as an alternative asset on behalf of your clients — acquisition, sale, valuation, provenance research, and collection strategy — through personalised instruments and active market engagement.

Insurance structuring: We design and place specialist fine art insurance for every work under our care: all-risk coverage, transit, custody, and title risk. Where a correspondent institution holds an insurance relationship with the client, we structure our policies in coordination.
24/7 Digital Advisory: Every client under our mandate has access to continuous personalised advisory through our digital tools — an instrument that correspondent institutions may extend to their own client base as a premium service.
Global reach:  local judgment Our network of intermediary parties spans Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Each engagement is handled with regionally sensitive knowledge while maintaining the centralised standard of discretion and judgment that defines the cabinet.
Our correspondents come to us through existing relationships and shared referrals — from institutions and advisors who have direct experience of our work, or whose standards of practice align with ours.
We are, on occasion, willing to consider approaches from other quarters. We reserve, without exception, the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion and without explanation.

On Engagement.

Inspired by Harpocrates, the ancient guardian of silence, Custos Fidei is governed by principles of discretion and restraint. Engagements arise, as a matter of preference, through confidential introduction via our network of trusted correspondents, including multi-family offices, private banking, trustees, and selected fiduciary advisors. On occasion, we are willing to consider direct approaches — though we reserve, without exception, the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion and without explanation.
